Introducing another new unnamed OC~ NAME SUGGESTIONS PLZ. She's supposed to be a water rabbit idk hence the super long and wavy hair. I should have made her have baby blue hair or something lol. Her hair can be manipulated into water and control it. She likes winters, snows, polar bears, the colors brown, blue and green, and ribbons. She's super happy-go-lucky, noisy, nosy, but filled with love. She's also Haru's older and she loves him to bits.
